Dear Rosemary,

I just sat down at my computer with your note in hand to email you to tell you how pleased I am with the book and here was your email! It is a beautiful book and when Jean Wylde had told me it had been released several months ago, I had tried to order it from Amazon and Waterstone with no results. I kept checking it every couple of weeks and finally had asked Jean if she had an extra copy that I could purchase from her. She emailed back and said she would look in the stores in Clonmel for one, but I Googled it one more time and there you were!

It’s a wonderful book and I can see why it sold out right away. Richard McCarthy, who passed away shortly after he returned home in October, 2010, from Clonmel, told me about the book and how he had helped Donel identify some of the people in the pictures. So, the book means a great deal to me because it meant so much to Richard.

So, keep up the good work! I’m sorry I didn’t visit Bookmarket on any of the visits I made to Clonmel.
